1. Declaration of Authentication Authority

I, Jesica Ileana Garcia Garcia, known professionally as Ileana Magoda, hereby declare that I am the sole and exclusive creator of all artworks produced under my name. As the living artist, I am the primary and ultimate authority for the authentication of any work attributed to me.

All authentication inquiries, provenance verification requests, and questions regarding works attributed to Ileana Magoda must be directed to me personally at the contact information provided above. No third party — including former agents, dealers, galleries, or collectors — is authorised to authenticate works on my behalf.

2. Authoritative Catalogue

I maintain the authoritative and complete catalogue of all works I have created. This catalogue, held and maintained by me directly, constitutes the primary reference for:
